Refund policy

At Ajinkya Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or alterations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel.

  • Accessories (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).

  • Damaged or defective products.

  • Incorrect items delivered.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product sent by us, Ajinkya Fashion will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
